Acceptable Use Policy

1. Introduction
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") governs your use of Cast Cloud Live streaming services operated by SIP Global Phone, LLC. By using our services, you agree to comply with this AUP. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.
2. Permitted Uses
Cast Cloud Live services may be used for:
- Broadcasting licensed music, talk, news, sports, religious, or educational content
- Simulcasting existing AM or FM radio broadcasts
- Community, college, and campus radio programming
- Live DJ broadcasts and music streaming
- Any lawful audio broadcasting activity
3. Prohibited Content
You may not use Cast Cloud Live to broadcast or transmit:
- Content that infringes any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights
- Music or audio content for which you do not hold the required performance licenses
- Content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, or abusive toward any individual or group
- Obscene, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
- Content that promotes or incites violence, hatred, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or national origin
- Content that promotes illegal activities or substances
- Malware, spyware, or any malicious code
- Content that violates any applicable local, state, federal, or international law or regulation
4. Music Licensing
You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all music performance licenses required for your broadcast. This includes but is not limited to licenses from:
- ASCAP (American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers)
- BMI (Broadcast Music, Inc.)
- SESAC
- SoundExchange (for digital performance royalties)
- Any other applicable licensing body in your jurisdiction
Cast Cloud Live is not responsible for your licensing compliance. Failure to hold required licenses does not entitle you to a refund and may result in account termination.
5. Technical Restrictions
- You may not attempt to exceed the concurrent listener limit of your plan
- You may not resell, sublease, or share your streaming account with third parties without written permission
- You may not use your account to relay or rebroadcast another stream without holding the appropriate rights
- You may not attempt to circumvent any technical limitations or security measures of the platform
- You may not use automated tools to artificially inflate listener counts or statistics
6. Resource Usage
While bandwidth is unmetered, you may not use your account in a manner that constitutes an unreasonable burden on our infrastructure or that degrades the service for other customers. We reserve the right to throttle or suspend accounts that consume disproportionate resources.
7. Account Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account
- You may not share your Centova Cast login credentials with unauthorized parties
8. Enforcement
We reserve the right to investigate any suspected violation of this AUP. We may, at our sole discretion and without prior notice:
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Remove or disable access to any content
- Report violations to law enforcement or regulatory authorities
Account termination for AUP violations does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this AUP at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
