Refund Policy

Summary: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.

1. No Refund Policy

Cast Cloud Live, operated by SIP Global Phone, LLC, has a strict no-refund policy. All payments made for Cast Cloud Live subscriptions -- whether monthly or annual -- are non-refundable. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation stops future charges but does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already paid. You will continue to have access to the Service until the end of your current paid billing period.

4. Service Credits

In the event of extended service outages directly caused by our infrastructure and verified by our team, we may at our sole discretion offer account credits toward future billing. Such credits are not guaranteed and do not constitute a waiver of this no-refund policy.

5. Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting us, we reserve the right to immediately suspend your account and report the dispute to Stripe. We encourage you to contact us at support@sipglobalphone.com before initiating any dispute so we can attempt to resolve the issue.

6. Free Trials

If a free trial is offered, no payment is collected during the trial period. At the end of the trial, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan unless you cancel before the trial ends. Trial cancellations made before conversion incur no charge.
