1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Cast Cloud Live ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. Cast Cloud Live is operated by SIP Global Phone, LLC ("Company", "we", "us").

2. Description of Service

Cast Cloud Live provides internet radio streaming hosting services powered by Centova Cast. The Service includes access to a streaming server, Centova Cast control panel, AutoDJ functionality, and related features as described on our website.

All fees are charged in US dollars and are due at the start of each billing period. By providing payment information, you authorize SIP Global Phone, LLC to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. Payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. Charges will appear on your statement as SIP Global Phone, LLC.

We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time. Price changes will be communicated at least 30 days in advance and will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

5. Refund Policy

All payments are non-refundable. By subscribing to Cast Cloud Live, you acknowledge and agree that all fees paid are final and no refunds will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to: early cancellation, unused service time, dissatisfaction with the service, or technical issues outside our reasonable control. 6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal accessible from our website. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the Service until the end of the paid period. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Acceptable Use

Your use of the Service is subject to our Acceptable Use Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Violation of the Acceptable Use Policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

You are solely responsible for all audio content broadcast through your streaming account. You represent and warrant that:

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, circumstances beyond our control, and force majeure events may cause temporary interruptions. We are not liable for any damages resulting from service interruptions.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SIP Global Phone, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or loss of business, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Intellectual Property

The Cast Cloud Live name, logo, website, and all associated materials are the property of SIP Global Phone, LLC. Centova Cast is a trademark of Centova Technologies Inc. You may not use our trademarks or branding without prior written permission.

12. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes where practicable.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Georgia.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
